Westfield Energy Resources Limited was recently awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification services.
The company achieved this international standard certification through dedication and with the cooperation of all members of staff, especially the Quality Assurance department.
During the six months implementation period of the Quality Management System that built-up to the certificate issuance, the company developed its quality manual and defined quality policies and objectives. Quality procedures with work processes were drawn up with flow charts, work instructions etc. covering all aspects of our operations, resulting in standardization and facilitating operational excellence. Training needs were also identified and yearly training schedules planned for employees to be more well verse in performing their duties.
