CEO of Westfield Energy Resources Limited, Mr. Henry Okolie-Aboh recently concluded a programme on Owner/President Management (OPM) at the Harvard Business School (HBS).

Designed with business owners and entrepreneurs in mind, OPM is designed for owners/founders with at least 10 years of work experience who also serve as chief executive officers, chief operating officers, presidents, and managing directors or executive directors of companies with annual revenues or established enterprise value in excess of $10 million.

Upon completing OPM, graduates are granted HBS alumni status and gain exclusive access to the vast global alumni network and an array of resources that facilitate lifelong learning, growth, and success.

According to Mr. Okolie-Aboh, the three year programme was a platform for participants to be re-orientated on being stronger leaders, capitalizing on business opportunities, turning challenges into strategic advantages and building revenue, profit, and growth in the years ahead.

“We were fully equipped with a range of skills—from strategy development, financial management, team building, leadership, negotiations which are needed to be active players in the highly competitive global arena and to be able to deliver greater value to stakeholders, and ensure further success for ourselves and our companies.” He added.
